2019 Registration Levels
Early Bird Registration (until July 31, 2019): $395 Regular Registration (August 1 to September 30, 2019): $435 Late Registration (October 1 to November 1, 2019): $475 2019 Financial Scholarships We want to make the Summit as accessible as possible. Full time students and new professional triathlete women (within the first three years of turning pro) are eligible for a registration discount. Please email [email protected] for information on how to receive the discount. 2019 Summit Location The 2019 Summit will be held at the Sun Devil Fitness Center at Arizona State University. Tempe is home to Arizona State University, Ironman Arizona, and Ironman Arizona 70.3. It is a favorite training venue for triathletes the world over. We are excited to bring the conversation about women in triathlon to a city supportive of triathlon and other endurance sports. The Summit hotel for 2019 is The Graduate, situated perfectly across the street from the Sun Devil Fitness Center. Check out the Venue page for more information. 2019 Summit Registration Cancellation Policy (not hotel cancellation, call them separately) To receive a full or partial refund for your Summit registration, please contact, Lisa Ingarfield at [email protected]. If you cancel before JUNE 30, 2019 you are eligible to receive a 75% refund, less handling fees. If you cancel between JULY 1, 2019 and August 31, 2019 you are eligible for a 50% refund, less handling fees. If you cancel between SEPTEMBER 1, 2019 and September 30, 2019 you are eligible for a 25% refund, less handling fees. Cancellations received after OCTOBER 1, 2019 will not be eligible for a refund. |
